Meeting minutes for preparation of 2017 RU training program

1. Briefing of the RU program in Shandong 2017
l  The RU training program will be held in Yishui County, Shandong Province. Registration will be on 10th July. The hotel is 沂河山庄（山东省沂水县城东一环路中段）.
l  Training content will include the followings:
-Safe Use training by Bruce Milligan from BASF Asia Company (Yodi will help translate on site)
-IPM strategy in local by Shandong PPS
-Resistance Management by David Penna from Syngenta Asia Company and Yuejian Lu from BASF China Company (Syngenta will help translation)
-Q&A
l  Agenda
-11th July, training the trainee
-12th-13th July, training the farmers

2. Materials preparation
l  Have been done by CLC already.
l  BASF contact local sales to prepare 20 sprayers.

3. The training content at 20 sites during 12-13 July need include at least the following parts
l  Safe Use of Pesticides, approximate 1 hour
l  IPM, approximate 1 hour
PPT from Bruce will be circulated before the training, so teachers can prepare teaching material in advance

4. Following action
l  Training locations need to be chosen as soon as possible
l  The name list of companies' participants need to be submitted by this Friday (30th, June)
