根据2018年党中央、国务院机构改革方案，组建农业农村部，不再保留农业部，有关职责调整见下图： Due to the Institutional Reform of the State Council, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (briefly called MOARA in the following text) has been established to replace the Ministry of Agriculture. The main changes are as follows:
