S.O. 1881(E). —Whereas vide notification number S.O. 1512(E) dated 14th May, 2020
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) on 18th May,2020, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare issued a draft order to ban twenty-seven insecticides as specified in the schedule to the said Notification.

S.O.1881(E). – 鉴于日期为2020年5月14日的S.O.1512（E）号的通知, 农业、合作和农民福利部在2020年5月18日《印度公报》的第二部分第3节第（II）小节中发布了法令草案，拟禁用通知清单中所述的二十七种农药。

Whereas, the objections or suggestions were invited from any person in respect of the said
draft Order before the expiry of the aforesaid period of forty-five days for consideration by the Central Government;

鉴于，在四十五天期限届满前，任何人可就上述草案指令提出异议或建议供中央政府参考。

And Whereas, the Central Government has considered the representations received from
various pesticide associations and companies for allowing manufacture of insecticides as specified in the schedule to the said notification for export purposes only, and for extension of period for submission of objection and suggestion from forty-five days to ninety days;

鉴于，中央政府已审议各农药协会和公司提出的允许生产上述通知清单中所列农药做仅供出口使用。同时将期限从四十五天延长至九十天；

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 read with section 28 and
sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) and in partial modifications of the said notifications to the extent specifically provided herein, the Central Government hereby makes the following order, namely:

因此，现行使1968年《农药法》（1968年第46号）第27条、第28条及第36条第（1）款所赋予的权力，并在本文件特别规定的范围内对上述通知进行部分修改，中央政府做出如下命令，即：

1. The period of forty-five days to be substituted by a period of ninety days from the
date of publication of S.O. 1512(E) dated 14th May 2020.

由2020年5月14日第1512（E）号S.O.公布之日起用九十天代替原四十五天期限；

2. A proviso to sub-clause 1 of clause 2 will be added that “Any registrant who requires to manufacture insecticides as specified in the schedule to the said notification for export purpose only, shall obtain certificate of registration under rule 6 of the Insecticides Rules, 1971 and adhere to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Central Government from time to time.”

增加第2条第1款的附加条款，即“任何登记人如要求生产上述通知清单所述的农药，并仅用于出口，应根据1971年《农药规定》第6条取得登记证，并遵守中央政府不时出台的规定条件。”

3. Other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged as per the aforesaid notification dated 14th May, 2020.

其他条款按上述2020年5月14日通知不变。
